A new usage concept is to be developed for the Ratskeller in Hildesheim, which has been empty for four years. M1, derived from the location of Ratskeller Markt 1, stands for a gastronomic usage concept, where fusion cuisine is served in a modern ambience and where the evening can end with a drink to live music in the lounge.
